You retain ownership of your content while granting AdultStar the rights needed to host, promote, and distribute it.
You keep ownership of your content and grant AdultStar the license needed to publish, display, promote, and distribute it on the platform.
Confirm that all participants are consenting adults and that you hold the required releases and permissions.
You confirm that every person shown in your content is an adult, consented to participate, and has signed the required releases.
Follow platform policies and applicable laws by uploading only compliant and lawful content.
You agree not to upload illegal, non-consensual, abusive, or otherwise prohibited material and to follow all platform content standards.
Understand how payouts, fees, taxes, and compliance-related withholding may affect your earnings.
You are responsible for payout details, tax obligations, and any adjustments caused by fees, chargebacks, fraud reviews, or legal requirements.
Identity verification and personal data processing are required to complete your creator onboarding.
AdultStar may process identity documents, contact details, and verification results so your creator account can be reviewed and maintained.
Learn how content removal requests, disputes, and copyright claims are managed.
Takedown requests and copyright complaints are handled through AdultStar policies and may affect content availability or account status.
Understand when accounts may be suspended and how participation can be terminated.
AdultStar may suspend or terminate creator access for policy violations, fraud concerns, compliance issues, or legal requests.
Understand the limits of AdultStar’s liability and potential compensation obligations.
AdultStar limits liability to the extent allowed by law and excludes indirect, consequential, or punitive damages where permitted.
